We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team in delivering high-quality, outcome-driven support to vulnerable individuals seeking stability and positive change in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver personalised support plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs

Support clients with daily living skills, addiction recovery, mental health, and social integration
-
Promote independence and wellbeing through structured programmes and ongoing guidance
-
Help clients access benefits, housing pathways, employment, and other vital services
-
Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and accurate reporting
-
Contribute to a supportive, empowering environment where every person is treated with dignity
What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of the UK benefits system and supported housing funding/reporting

Understanding of the challenges faced by homeless and vulnerable individuals
-
Awareness of safeguarding and health and safety legislation
-
Experience delivering outcome-focused support in a housing or social care setting
-
A client-centred, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
-
A commitment to working within the values of empowerment, transformation, and inclusion
Additional Requirements:

Appointment is subject to a satisfactory PVG Scheme disclosure check (Scotland)

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available

All new employees must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within six months and are responsible for the fee
