We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Kitchen Supervisor (Catering Supervisor) to lead the catering service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, hygiene, and service delivery — ensuring that every meal served reflects the care and dignity we believe every resident deserves.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support all catering staff

Oversee food preparation, hygiene, presentation, and delivery

Plan menus in line with dietary needs, preferences, and health standards

Coordinate food ordering, stock rotation, deliveries, and storage
-
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with all food safety regulations
-
Liaise with care staff to involve residents in catering where appropriate
-
Conduct audits and reporting related to health & safety and kitchen standards
-
Promote a positive, inclusive environment aligned with the home’s values
What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in catering and kitchen operations
-
Experience supervising or leading a team
-
Good communication and time management skills
-
Understanding of dietary requirements, nutrition, and resident care
-
Ability to work comfortably within a Christian environment and values-led team
-
Knowledge of COSHH and food hygiene legislation
-
Ability to work independently and under pressure
-
Flexible, punctual, and professional with a proactive attitude

Commitment to upholding the values of compassion, integrity, and respect
